The Lomi-Lomi massage is used in Hawaii in times of change, unblock stagnating energy, thus creating harmony in the body's energy cycle.

Warm oil is used to massage with flowing superficial or slow deep movements on and under the body. Holding and gentle stretching give a safe, secure feeling.
A Lomi can be gentle, invigorating or playful, depends on what you need during our time together.

The Kahiloha is an energy massage on the clothed body, which is very similar to the Lomi-Lomi. For people for whom an unclothed Lomi in plenty of oil is too close, the Kahiloha can be just right.
